From the fit check to your first morning.
Three steps, fixes for the common issues, and short answers. The interface is in Hebrew today, so the buttons are named here in English with their Hebrew label. Can't find it? Write to us, a person answers.
Three steps to your first morning
-
Fit check and sign-up
A one-minute questionnaire (in Hebrew). If it's a fit and there's a seat, your account opens and Adam emails you. The link in that email confirms your address and signs you straight in, where you pick a password.
Check your fit (in Hebrew) -
A short profile
What you sell, to whom, and how you write. It takes a few minutes, or press “Let Adam fill it in from the website” (שאדם ימלא מהאתר) and he fills it in from your site. Paste 2–3 real emails you've sent, so the drafts sound like you. Under “Limits” (גבולות וסיום) you list who never to contact.
-
Your first morning
The first opportunities arrive on the next working morning: on the Today screen, and in a morning message on Telegram or by email. For each one you decide: approve, wait or reject with a reason. Approved? Send it from your own mailbox in one click, then mark it “Sent ✓”.
Common issues
The login link didn't arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders. On the login screen at app.apportunities.io, enter your email and press “Send me a login link” (שלח לי קישור כניסה); it arrives within a few minutes. An old link that expired? Ask for a new one on the same screen. Set a password? You can sign in with it, no link needed.
Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp, or email aviel@agentsela.com.
The Gmail and Outlook buttons
Each card has “Open in Gmail”, “Open in Outlook” and “Desktop mail app” (on a phone: “Mail app”). Each one opens the draft ready to go, with the recipient, subject and text filled in, and you press Send from your own mailbox.
Gmail opens in the account you're signed in to in the browser. To open it in your business account, enter that address under Account → “Where your emails go out from” (ממה יוצאים המיילים), and stay signed in to it. A draft too long for a mail app is copied to the clipboard: paste it into the body.
The “Sent ✓” button
Adam can't see your mailbox, so he doesn't know on his own that the email went out. After you send, go back to the card and press “Sent ✓” (שלחתי ✓). That's how the report, the Sent tab and the follow-up reminders know.
The button appears once you've opened the draft with one of the mail buttons. After you mark it, the card shows it as sent, by your mark.
Importing a list into Reconnect
In the Reconnect tab, press Import and pick an Excel (xlsx) or CSV file, in Hebrew or English, including a direct export from Monday, HubSpot or Pipedrive. Only an email column is required: Adam recognizes name, company, phone, last-contact date and status by himself, and shows you what he understood before the import.
Worth uploading: leads who said “not now”, deals that didn't close, and past customers. Every working morning Adam checks a few companies from the list, and brings only those where something happened that gives you a reason to get back in touch. Reconnect is included in the trial and the paid plans, not in Free.
Telegram: connecting and disconnecting
Under Account → notifications, press “Connect Telegram” (חבר טלגרם), open the bot and press START. Within a minute it replies that you're connected. Nothing came? Send the bot the code shown on screen.
No Telegram? Choose “I don't have Telegram, send it by email”, and the morning message comes by email. New phone? “Check connection” → “Connect another chat instead”. Want to disconnect? Write to us, and we'll move the morning message to email.
What happens after 14 days
Nothing locks, and nothing is charged: we never asked for a card. Your account moves to Free, with 3 opportunities a week, on three set days (Mon, Wed and Fri; in Israel Sun, Tue and Thu). Your opportunities, contacts and profile stay.
On Free you see every contact's name and LinkedIn, plus up to 5 email reveals a month. Reconnect isn't included, and an account with no visit or decision for 7 days isn't hunted until the next login. Want more? Focus is $99 a month (+ VAT in Israel): up to 3 opportunities every working morning. All plans.
Short answers
Will anything be sent in my name without my approval?
No. Adam prepares the opportunity and the draft, and you decide. You send the email from your own mailbox, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Why did fewer opportunities arrive today, or none?
Only what clears the bar reaches you, and Adam never invents an opportunity to fill a quota. If your email isn't confirmed yet or the profile isn't filled in enough, the hunt hasn't started, and the screen says what's missing.
How do I keep Adam away from an organization?
In the profile, under the do-not-contact list: one line per organization, such as customers and competitors. It's enforced from the moment it's saved. Rejecting a card with the reason “already in touch” also adds the organization to that list.
Who sees my data?
You, and us for support only. No learning across customers, and no selling data. Export or deletion: one email to aviel@agentsela.com.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
On the trial and on Free there's nothing to cancel: we never asked for a card. A paid plan can be cancelled at any time by email to aviel@agentsela.com, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you paid for (Terms, Section 4.4). Deleting the account: the same email.
Can my opportunities and drafts be in English?
Yes. The interface is in Hebrew today; your opportunities and drafts can be in English.
